Kevin Bachler has created unique solutions since he began working in qualified plans in 1981.
He has assisted companies in developing and implementing new ideas in deferred compensation plans, and designed one of the first two “401(k)-style” plans in the 1990s.
He’s also worked on creating unique solutions in nonqualified benefit security, specialized financing, exclusive account types, plan administration, and plan financial reporting.
Additionally, he’s brought unique solutions for funding other corporate asset reserves, particularly for Retiree Medical plans, including VEBA-Owned Health Insurance, VEBA risk-management Insurance, VEBA settlement solutions, and for banks, VEBA BOLI.
